Enhanced Display

The new wireless high definition multimedia interface (HDMI) kit is likely to deliver HD video images to display devices. By installing the BR-HD3, users can affordably transmit real-time content from various devices such as HD set-top boxes, Blu-ray and DVD players, media PCs, digital cameras, and gaming consoles to their TV, LCD monitor, or projector. To install, users need to configure a pair of HDMI transmitter and receiver to their various digital devices. Users can control the video source even if it is located in another room with built-in infrared (IR) relay capabilities. By pointing a media player’s remote control to the display device’s IR receiver, users can control the functions of a media player that may be located in a separate room. The signals are wirelessly relayed to the media player via the HDMI transmitter/receiver pair and a wired IR blaster that leads to the media player. The HDMI kit is expected to provide quality at up to 1080i resolution at 60 frames per second.
